Ongoing updates (included)
I'll handle security, updates, and backups, and I'll make the normal website changes you ask for—editing page text, posting announcements, swapping photos, updating hours, or adding a simple section. Expect a couple of requests most months. If something grows into a bigger addition, I'll flag it early so we can decide together.
Forms & data
The site will safely collect basic contact info (name, email, phone) for newsletters, donor interest, volunteer interest, or care callbacks. We won't collect medical details on the public site. If patient information is ever needed online, we'll use a separate HIPAA-compliant tool (embedded or linked).
