About Samuel Holley
I used to teach the SAT to high schoolers who didn't want to know it. Now I teach AI to adults who don't want to know it.

My first career was teaching. Over a decade in EdTech—elite test prep, ArborBridge, and a Georgetown education—coaching anxious, intelligent students through systems that felt impossible to master.
After my own journey through caregiver burnout forced me to rebuild from the ground up, I became my own first client. I now apply that blend of empathetic coaching, ethical strategy, and systems design to the most overwhelming system of our time.
The enemy is overwhelm, not AI.My work is helping mission-driven people see that what they think is a scarcity problem is a strategic resource management problem—and that AI, used well, changes the math.
The Method: Reclaim by Design™
Reclaim by Design™ is the framework underneath everything I build: an ethics-first, human-centered approach to AI implementation. It sits in a lineage that runs from IDEO and Stanford d.school's Human-Centered Design through Formation by Design (a Georgetown Jesuit teaching tradition) into the AI age.
Two pillars carry it: Self-Correcting by Design (iteration IS the system, not the bug) and Tailored by Design (built for you, not configured by you). Together: continuously tailored.
Who I work with
Mission-driven people who would have been two to three years behind on AI without me—smart and non-technical, or already using AI and still feeling behind. Most are running on depleted capacity, putting off what they're passionate about, supporting a mission with resources that don't match it.
The deepest version: they think they have a scarcity problem and haven't realized AI turns it into a strategic resource management problem.
