Samuel Holley AI Consulting is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Standards & Guidelines
We strive to conform to the following standards:

Visual Design
- Responsive design for all screen sizes
- Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of functionality
- Sufficient color contrast (targeting 4.5:1 ratio for normal text)
- No reliance on color alone to convey information
Forms & Interaction
- Clear form labels associated with inputs
- Error messages clearly identified and descriptive
- Required fields marked with asterisk and text (not color alone)
- Sufficient time to complete forms (no arbitrary timeouts)
Known Issues & Ongoing Work
🚧 Areas for Improvement
We are actively working to improve accessibility in the following areas:
In Progress:
- Color Contrast: Reviewing all text/background combinations to ensure 4.5:1 minimum contrast (some orange accents may need adjustment)
- Image Alt Text: Auditing all images to ensure comprehensive, descriptive alt text (especially dynamic content)
- Mobile Touch Targets: Ensuring all buttons meet 44x44px minimum size for touch accessibility
- Third-Party Embeds: Calendly and Stripe embeds may have accessibility limitations outside our control (we're working with vendors)
- Video Captions: Any future video content will include captions and transcripts
Planned Enhancements:
- Automated accessibility testing in CI/CD pipeline
- Manual screen reader testing (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver)
- User testing with people with disabilities
- Accessibility toolbar (font size, contrast, etc.)
